Resource Purpose The purpose of this project is to develop an accurate and current understanding of Integrated Resource Management (IRM) and Cumulative Impacts Management (CIM) in Northern BC by a process of qualitative data analysis. This report includes an extensive literature review and a summary of qualitative data collected from a broad range of interested parties to clarify and determine the scope of IRM/CIM-related issues in Northern BC.
