Resource Purpose This activity standards document is intended to outline the criteria for fish passage restoration projects. Activities are focused on the layout, design, construction and post-construction inspections for the restoration of fish passage at priority fish stream crossings on Forest Service roads (FSRs), Road Permit roads (pre-1995), and non-status roads.
