Abstract/Description or Keywords | Grainger and Associates Consulting Ltd. and Streamworks Unlimited carried out an analysis of Mountain Pine Beetle (MPB) and salvage harvesting-related risks to water quality, water supply, fish habitat and other infrastructure in Trout Creek Community Watershed. Trout Creek, a 755km2 area draining into Okanagan Lake just south of the town of Summerland B.C., is the primary water source for domestic, commercial and agricultural users in the District of Summerland (DoS). |
