Abstract/Description or Keywords Based on the results of a snow hydrology study at Gray Creek, on the southwest coast of British Columbia, an
operational method of assessing watershed snowpack recovery was developed for the Vancouver Forest Region.
This method will assist forest managers and harvesting planners in understanding the type and extent of waterrelated
problems in a watershed, and to help them recognize the possible hydrologic implications of proposed
forestry-related development.
