The study outlines the initial process of developing a Groundwater Protection Plan for the Village of Olalla. Olalla obtains its water supply from one water well; currently there is no treatment of this water well. This report presents the basic components of steps 1 and 2 of the Well Protection Toolkit with emphasis on aquifer and wellhead characterization. Includes maps showing 60 day, 1, 5 and 10 year capture zones; catchment areas contributing recharge. |
