Abstract/Description or Keywords This report includes Detailed terrain stability mapping (1:20000 scale) within the Upper North Tompson River area. Information available includes map legends, a full report, conversion documentation, and map plotfiles. The study area was approximately 5225 hectares. The objective of this project was to prepare 1:20,000 scale maps of terrain and terrain stability for the Upper North Thompson River study area. The study area is located approximately 35 kilometres (km) south-west of Valemount in east-central British Columbia within the Clearwater Forest District. The study boundary reflects the operational limits in this portion of the North Thompson River valley and is located within Terrain Resource Inventory Map (TRIM) sheets 83D052, 053, 062 and 063. The study area was approximately 5225 hectares. Terrain mapping consisted of aerial photographic interpretation of 1:15,000 scale (approximately) colour aerial photographs followed by field reconnaissance.
