The Habitat Conservation Trust Fund (HCTF) provided funding for this hydrological and biological assessment of Middle Vernon Creek. The objectives of the report were to identify and prioritize actions that can be taken to increase flows for fish, assess the resident fisheries population in Middle Vernon Creek and to develop a framework for working with all water users in the watershed.
