Abstract/Description or Keywords Powers Creek is an important tributary watershed within the Okanagan Basin, with high fisheries values for kokanee, as well as rainbow trout. Powers Creek is also a community watershed with low flows that are regulated through storage releases and licensed withdrawals by the Westbank Irrigation District. Water Survey of Canada operated a stream flow gauging site near the mouth of Powers Creek from 1969 to 1982. This provides historical reference, but current information on residual flows for fish in light of significant development and infrastructure changes in the watershed has been lacking. monitoring, streamflow, aquatic habitat, salmonids, spawning, environmental flow needs
