Abstract/Description or Keywords There are 3 parts to this review. First, the measured changes in reservoir volumes over the summer of 2003 are balanced against measured daily water consumption and other known and estimated water losses from the watershed to calculate the corresponding natural base flow. This quantifies the volume of water which would be flowing naturally in the Trout Creek watershed below the Summerland intake if Summerland were not storing and diverting water from Trout Creek. The 2nd part of the review projects how storage would vary over the coming months if fish flows were maintained at the 5 different flow scenarios described in the report on fish impacts by Steve Matthews. The 3rd part of the review summarizes aspects of a previous MELP water supply analysis done for Trout Ck by the Water Mgt Branch in 1989. water supply, environmental flow needs
