EBA Engineering Consultants Ltd. (EBA) was retained by Weyerhaeuser Canada Ltd. (WCL) to carry out a Watershed Assessment Procedure (WAP) for the Foam Creek Project Area. This work follows the completion of an Integrated Watershed Restoration Plan (IWRP) dated March 31, 1999, prepared by EBA under WCL Contract No. FRVV 98 003. The Foam Creek Project Area is shown in Figure 1. Verbal authorization to carry out this work was provided by Mr. Kevin Bonnett of WCL on April 26, 1999. The purpose of this WAP is to assess the cumulative influences of existing forest practices on the watershed and to provide recommendations for further development based on the results of the assessment.
