This report has been prepared for Tolko Industries Limited to update the hydrologic conditions for the two sub-basins in the Powers Creek watershed within TFL 49. This report will address the Equivalent Clearcut Areas and assess the potential hydrologic impacts of the loss of forest cover as a result of the expansion of the mountain pine beetle as input to the development of the mountain pine beetle salvage plans. |
