This assessment has been completed for Bell Pole Company in response to agency comments received through the five-year development plan review process. An Integrated Watershed Restoration Procedure (IWRP) has been completed for the Monashee Creek watershed above the confluence with Heckman Creek. Sub-basins delineated in the IWRP include Monashee Pass, Yeoward, Railroad, Beaven, and Monashee Headwaters creeks. Channel bank instability, aggradations and debris jams in the mainstem channels were identified as concerns in the IWRP.
