The following report has been prepared for Weyerhaeuser Canada Ltd., Vavenby Division. A watershed assessment for Hellroar Creek has been completed to determine the potential for any cumulative hydrologic impacts resulting from past forest development. No forest development is proposed in Hellroar Creek between 1997 and 2001. The Hellroar Creek watershed is located approximately 10 km northeast of Blue River, BC. The point of interest (POI) is at the confluence of Hellroar Creek with the North Thompson River and was determined based on discussions at the initial roundtable committee meeting held on April 4, 1997. A final roundtable meeting to develop recommendations for the watershed was held on June 16, 1997.
