This memorandum presents estimates of the 200 year daily peak flows for Kelowna and Scotty Creeks through unit hydrograph and frequency analysis. Flood control suggestions within the Kelowna Creek watershed are also outlined, through reservoir draw down and snowpack monitoring. |
