Abstract/Description or Keywords |
This draft interim report outlines to what extent the existing water supply system can provide increased fish flows and what reservoir operation policies should be implemented to trigger water restrictions based on storage levels. In addressing these points, the natural flow of Trout Creek is modeled using a proprietary watershed model that is calibrated with Camp Creek records. Summaries of water use records are also provided. water supply, environmental flow needs, fish habitat, aquatic habitat |

Comments |
From OBWRID: While the limited discussion of the watershed model used prohibits evaluation of its accuracy, the overall results appear reasonable and justified. Several summary tables in the report, including water use by month and user, is particularly useful information. It may be worthwhile further investigating the merits of the watershed model used to see if it can be applicable elsewhere. |
