Abstract/Description or Keywords In 1996, Summit Environmental Consultants Ltd. was retained by the Merritt Forest District (MFD) to complete an Integrated Watershed Management Plan (IWMP) for the Peeve Creek watershed, including overview sediment source surveys. This report presents the results of the overview assessments and the IWMP. The objectives of this study are to: 1) Review existing information (maps, aerial photographs, reports, files) on the Peeve Creek watershed; 2) Complete a Sediment Source Survey (SSS) or roads, hill slopes, and gullies in the watershed; 3) Complete an overview Fish Habitat Assessment Procedure (FHAP) for Peeve Creek; 4) Prepare a draft watershed access map showing the recommended Access Management Strategy for review by watershed stakeholders, and solicit their comments on the draft map; 5) Prepare draft and final reports, including a description of the rationale for the proposed access management strategy; and 6) Prepare a final watershed assess management map which recommends how the road network should be managed.
