This study was untaken to investigate if the SEKID system could support increased water demand. Runoff estimates of relevant reservoir basins were calculated from an annual runoff/median elevation relationship obtained from the Black Mountain Irrigation District. A 30-year drought runoff estimate was calculated for the Okanagan basin as well, utilizing available runoff data and a computer model (J. Zalanfy). water yield, water supply |
