This report outlines the Winfield and Okanagan Centre Irrigation District's (WOCID) water collection system, consisting of Swalwell and Crooked Lakes, and a diversion structure on Vernon Creek for an investigation into the reliable annual yield. The annual yield was determined from fixed monthly demand levels and 7 years of monthly flows.
