This database monitors changing groundwater levels on Vancouver Island. Community members monitor well water levels and enter this information into a public database to better understand the dynamics of Vancouver Island aquifers. Some of the wells have measurements back to the 1960s and 1970s and already provide an extensive regional framework of groundwater levels that we hope to build on. |
